I specialise in teaching Gentle Yoga classes for managing stress and anxiety – including movement, breathing practices, relaxation, meditation and mindfulness. My yoga classes range from beginners to more advanced levels of experience, while meditation components are taught at beginners level. Read more about my teaching style and background here.
Gentle Yoga at SA Wellness Centre
Suitable for beginners to intermediate levels, and those wanting to develop their practice. Mondays 6-7.00pm $22 (casual drop-in fee); or for package options book online here.
